SHCP: Soil Heat Calculator Program
نویسندگان
چکیده
Usually the energy balance equation is used to estimate evapotranspiration. To calculating the potential evapotranspiration for long periods of time (more than a day), soil heat flux is assumed equal to zero. But in a catchment, the energy balance equation should be in terms of actual evapotranspiration is less than the potential. In this state, the amount of soil heat flux is not equal to zero. Therefore, for estimating the actual evapotranspiration, the soil heat flux calculation has great importance. In this paper, using coding in a visual basic program environment, a differential equation for the flow of water into the soil has been solved for soil heat flux calculating. Obtained results showed that the soil heat calculator program (SHCP) was an appropriate tool for calculating soil heat flux. According to the results the accuracy of the SHCP increased with over time. The amounts of R2 after 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours, were 0.991, 0.996, and 0.999, respectively, for soil heat flux at difference depths.

Purple Chromoprotein Gene Serves as a New Selection Marker for Transgenesis of the Microalga Nannochloropsis oculata
Among the methods used to screen transgenic microalgae, antibiotics selection has raised environmental and food safety concerns, while the observation of fluorescence proteins could be influenced by the endogenous fluorescence of host chloroplasts. As an alternative, this study isolated the purple chromoprotein (CP) from Stichodacyla haddoni (shCP). A plasmid in which shCP cDNA is driven by a h...
متن کاملA Scheduling Approach with Processor and Network Heterogeneity for Grid Environment
Abstract— Processor heterogeneity is an important issue in grid environment. In this paper, a list based task scheduling algorithm, called “critical path scheduling with t-level” (CPST) for grid computing system is proposed. There are no. of scheduling algorithms such as HEFT [1] use mean execution time based b-level for task priority and SHCP [2] use task priority based on simple critical path...

PURPOSE The purpose of the study was to examine the coordination of reaching and walking behaviour when children with Spastic Hemiparetic Cerebral Palsy (SHCP) intercept an approaching and hence externally-timed object. METHOD Using either the impaired or non-impaired arm, children intercepted a ball approaching from a fixed distance with one of three velocities. Each participant's initial st...
متن کاملThe Effect of Motor Training in Mirror Therapy on Gross Motor Skills of the Affected Hand in Children With Hemiplegia
Objectives: Spastic hemiplegia cerebral palsy is the second type of cerebral palsy among pre-mature infants, which affects the mobility of one side of the body by impairing the brain’s ability to send nerve impulse to the muscles. The present research aims to examine the effect of motor training in mirror therapy on the gross motor skills in Spastic Hemiplegia Cerebral Palsy (SHCP) childr...
متن کاملThe "mirror box" illusion: effect of visual information on bimanual coordination in children with spastic hemiparetic cerebral palsy.
The study examined symmetrical bimanual coordination of children with spastic hemiparetic cerebral palsy (SHCP) and a typically developing (TD) control group under conditions of visual feedback created by placing a glass screen, opaque screen or a mirror ("mirror box") between the arms. The "mirror box" creates a visual illusion, which gives rise to a visual perception of a zero lag, symmetric ...
